Perry Ellis Europe have worked with Marc over the last couple of years, initially Marc came in and delivered a workshop for us on mental health, but we were so inspired by him that we decided to embark on a much bigger project! Within this project Marc has designed and delivered generic mental health training to all our staff and specifically trained all of our Managers, Exec team and a team of Mental Health guardians who volunteered after Marc’s initial training. Marc has empathy and real-life experiences which provide a very bespoke and relatable way of training but alongside that he also has the commerciality which helped us to develop new policies and provide the best and most suitable approach to mental health in our workplace. Whilst working with Marc he has stepped above and beyond the projects we engaged him for to help support and guide us on more difficult employee relations relating to mental health and even helped us to appoint an EAP.
